Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Franklin County, Texas. The job is in a tool room. Ideal candidate: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T The role involves: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances 4+ years on the tools preferred.
