On the job you will handle: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₦85,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
