Tandoor cook • Middlesex County, Massachusetts

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
