Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Perry County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
