Now hiring: we are hiring a captain waiter in Orlu, Imo State. The job is at a beach resort. The role involves punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; check back during the meal and handle special requests; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness 5+ years on the tools preferred.
