Baker wanted in Ankpa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Ankpa, Kogi State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
