Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Floyd County, Texas. The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth 3+ years on the tools preferred.
