Fry cook • Taura, Jigawa State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fry cook in Taura, Jigawa State. The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₦180,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
