Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Calhoun County, Florida. You will work in a meat processing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
