Now hiring: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Fika, Yobe State. The job is in a car refinishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale The role involves wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
