Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Larimer County, Colorado. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day-to-day duties: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts 4+ years on the tools preferred. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
