Urgent requirement: waiter (Enugu State)

Join our team: we are hiring a waiter in Oji-River, Enugu State. Your main tasks: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems 1+ years on the tools preferred.
