Toolroom milling operator wanted in Broward County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Broward County, Florida. You will be based in a CNC machining unit. What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges The role involves: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
