Great opportunity: shop floor worker (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shop floor worker in Nolan County, Texas. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Day to day you will assemble components according to the work order; change over tooling and settings between product runs; carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces; apply batch codes and date stamps to the packaging; check products against the sample for colour, size and finish; weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Experience on a manufacturing or assembly line Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
