Join our team: we are hiring a power press operator in Billiri, Gombe State. You will be based at a busy press shop. You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges On a typical shift you will set up and change stamping dies and tooling; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; record output and downtime on the production sheet; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
