Cnc lathe setter — Mesa County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Mesa County, Colorado. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. The role involves write and edit G-code programs at the control; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
