Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Bauchi, Bauchi State. Day-to-day duties: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
