Powder coating operator wanted in Dass

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Dass, Bauchi State. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer ₦180,000 per project plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
