The role involves: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker Rotating shifts.
