PVC profile cutter — Mangu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Mangu, Plateau State. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. Your main tasks: • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame You should have: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
