Tandoor cook wanted in Jackson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Jackson County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience.
