Join our team: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Warwickshire, England. The job is at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Write and edit G-code programs at the control You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code 4+ years on the tools preferred.
