Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Toto, Nasarawa State. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦1,550 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
