Urgent requirement: electrostatic spray painter (Florida)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Sumter County, Florida. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
