Waiter — Zing

We are recruiting: we are hiring a waiter in Zing, Taraba State. The job is at a beach resort. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Your main tasks: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
