Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Windsor County, Vermont. The job is at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
