Line cook — Jos East

We are recruiting: we are hiring a line cook in Jos East, Plateau State. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time, day shift.
