Great opportunity: we are hiring a production operative in Waller County, Texas. You will be based in a food processing unit. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels The role involves: • Read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Assemble components according to the work order • Move work-in-progress between stations on a hand trolley • Record output figures and downtime on the production log • Stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them Performance bonus on top of base pay.
