Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings The role involves: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits.
