Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
