We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwasher in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. Your main tasks: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
