Urgent requirement: cake decorator (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Young County, Texas. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
