Day to day you will fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
