Immediate opening: we are hiring a waiter in Union County, North Carolina. You will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; clear and reset tables between covers; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Six days a week, one day off.
