Toolroom milling operator • Mamit, Mizoram

Immediate opening: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Mamit, Mizoram. Day-to-day duties: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production We are looking for knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron; ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade; proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges. ₹37,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
