Meat trimmer wanted in Cache County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Cache County, Utah. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Six days a week, one day off.
