Milling machinist wanted in Dixie County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a milling machinist in Dixie County, Florida. You will be based at a busy machine shop. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Day to day you will measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Share your details and we will call you back.
