Cake decorator wanted in LeFlore County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in LeFlore County, Oklahoma. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Score the top of loaves before baking • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Overtime paid at a premium rate.
