Hydraulic crane operator — Zango

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Zango, Katsina State. You will be based in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Your main tasks: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
