Immediate opening: we are hiring a bar waiter in Dallam County, Texas. The job is in a coffee shop. On the job you will handle: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
