Immediate opening: we are hiring a trailer driver in Stevens County, Minnesota. The job is at a haulage company. On the job you will handle: • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars Requirements: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Valid digital tachograph card Part-time with flexible hours.
