Immediate opening: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Clinton County, Ohio. The job is at a property maintenance company. The role involves: • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec 6+ years on the tools preferred. $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
