Short order cook — Okpe

Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Okpe, Delta State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Pay around ₦275,000 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts.
