Vacancy available: short order cook (Nebraska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Sarpy County, Nebraska. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
