Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day to day you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled.
