Grill cook — Antelope County

Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Antelope County, Nebraska. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 5+ years on the tools preferred.
