Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Namchi, Sikkim. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 1+ years on the tools preferred.
