Immediate opening: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Jackson County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble What we are looking for: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones 1+ years on the tools preferred.
