Great opportunity: we are hiring a smash repairer in Pueblo County, Colorado. Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines You will read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
