Join our team: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Worcester County, Massachusetts. You will work in a steel fabrication workshop. You should have: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging On a typical shift you will set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
